The Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) will on July 4 and 5, 2018, flag off its 2018 training seminar at the Bolton White Hotel, Federal Capital Territory Abuja.

The theme of the seminar “Effective Advertising Consultancy Management”, is designed for Registered Advertising Practitioners and those who currently manage or are desirous of operating advertising agency, consultancy business and other areas of Integrated Marketing Communications.

It will be a prime opportunity for professionals to further expand their knowledge base, with benefits that will make the cost and time a worthwhile investment says Ms. Martha Onyebuchi, Assistant Director, Registration, Career Matters and Corporate Licensing. She added that the series of the two day program with several sub-themes will be interactive and will be facilitated by highly regarded experts in the industry.

Other training programs scheduled to be delivered by the Council across the country during the year include:

(a)        July 12 and 18, 2018 – Venue: Soprom Hotel and Suite 1, Ogbatalueniyi Drive, Federal Housing Estate, 3-3, Onitsha, Anambra State. The topic to be treated is “Selling the Media, Selling through the Media”.

(b)        July 25 and 26, 2018 – Venue: Abdulsalami Youth Centre, Paiko Road, Opposite Federal Secretariat, Minna, Niger State. This is APCON’S Special Workshop on: “Improved Revenue Generation and Effective Local Government Administration”.

(c)        August 15 and 16, 2018 – APCON’S Mandatory Continuous Training Program for Advertising Practitioners themed: “DigitalMarketing”. Venue:Dover Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.

(d)       August 29 and 30, 2018 – APCON’S Mandatory Continuous Training Program for Advertising Practitioners themed: ”Digital- Marketing”. Venue: CHKAB Hotel, 2, Ahmadu Bello Way, Kano.

Practitioners are enjoined to participate in these pertinent seminars covering verytopical

issues.
