Communication Facilitators Limited, a leading field and experiential marketing agency in Nigeria recently held its top performers award ceremony, to recognize and reward top performing staff members and agents for the year 2018.
The award took place in the agency’s business premises at Omole Estate Phase II in Lagos with Olaniyi Alabi, Manager, Sales & Trade Development Sales & Distribution, Apapa Sub-Region MTN Nigeria Communication and Obianuju Gozie- Iwudoh, Lagos South West Customer Acquisition & Compliance Manager, MTN Nigeria Communication in attendance.
The awardees who won items such as 50’ LED TVs, Gas Cooker with Ovens, washing machines, industry standing fans, refrigerators, and others in field operation and sim registration totaled nine in number.
The Sim Registration Officers who emerged winners in the CFL 2018 top performer awards include Nwocha Anthony, first overall/territory winner from Festac territory, Olayanju Elizabeth, second overall/ territory winner from Festac, Asimiyu Olamide, third overall/territory winner from Festac, Emmanuel Chibuzor, first territory winner in Mushin, Popoola Olatunji, first territory winner in Lagos Mainland among others.
Other SIM Registration Officers who won are Abolarin Seyi from Lagos Mainland, Bakare David from Lagos Mainland, Kolapo Ibrahim from Mushin, and Abdul-Lateef Omolabake from Mushin territory.
Meanwhile outstanding field operation officers (FOOs) were also recognised and rewarded at the event with Kenneth Okukuma, emerging Best Field Operations Officer (FOO), Emmanuel Daniel, and 2nd Best Field Operations Officer, (FOO).
An elated chief executive officer of Communication Facilitators Limited, Adewole Ayara, who spoke to our reporter after the award session, described the event as fantastic as well as a promise fulfilled.
“I am really very excited because so much has gone in to it in terms of planning and resources since the beginning of 2018. I am happy and so joyous that it has indeed come to pass today,” Ayara said.
Describing his workers’ performance within the year under review, Ayara said, “They have done excellently well but there is always room for improvement, which is the reason behind the awards.”
He further said that the agency is committed to reward and recognise hard work and good effort from members of staff who add value to the business.
“We are today rewarding those who did very well and also encourage them and others to do more,” he said.
According to Olaniyi Alabi, Manager Sales & Trade Development Sales & Distribution, Apapa Sub-Region MTN Nigeria Communication, this type of reward and recognition is first and foremost, for the agency to get more commitment from its field operating officers. Secondly, is to give them a win-win situation whereby their heart and mind also flow with the company.
Alabi said “I think it is a thing of joy for the agency and client. I also think on the part of field operation officers, it will give them more commitment to the Communication Facilitators ideals and values.”
