Michael Komasinski, recently named CEO of Dentsu Americas continues to reshape his C-Suite with three new members including Sean Reardon who has been named CEO Media Practice for the region.

The company has also appointed Ryan McHardy Chief Strategy Officer and Annette Warring Chief Client Officer.

Reardon joins from MiQ, the global programmatic media and marketing intelligence firm where he was U.S. and then global CEO. Earlier he led Publicis Groupe’s Zenith Media USA, Moxie and MRY as CEO.

Reardon will lead Carat, iProspect and Dentsu X across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Combined those agencies have 3,900 staffers across the region. He starts on Jan. 16, 2024.

Warring is a company veteran who joined in 2007 following an acquisition that to the formation of Vizeum, now integrated with iProspect. She has served as CEO Dentsu Canada and Executive Global Client President, a role she retains while taking on the new Americas role.

Ryan was previously EVP, Head of Business Strategy at Interpublic’s McCann, where he led development of integrated business and marketing solutions for clients. Before McCann, he held multiple planning and strategy leadership roles for Publicis Groupe on integrated clients across creative, media, technology, and consulting.

“Annette, Ryan and Sean are undoubtedly critical to driving our strategic growth ambition,” Komasinski. “Their collective vision and extensive expertise will be invaluable in making dentsu – and our clients – even more effective and competitive in today’s ever-changing market.”

Komasinski replaced Jacki Kelley in June. Kelley returned to Interpublic for a newly created senior client-focused role.
