Ensure Insurance PLC, a composite insurance company in Nigeria, has partnered with 12 insurance brokers that will participate at the maiden edition of the Ensure Olympics themed ‘The Genesis’, as part of efforts to champion fitness and promote bonding initiatives within the insurance industry.
Ensure Olympics is a sporting activity, which would involve Ensure Insurance and insurance brokerage firms in Nigeria. The event would hold on September 10, 2016 at Campos mini stadium, Lagos. For more log on to www.ensure.com.ng.
Ensure seeks to champion the essence of fitness, wellness, and a work life balance by providing an atmosphere for bonding and relaxation for all participants.
Head, Retail Sales and Marketing at ENSURE, Tunji Oshiyoye, said the one-day marathon sporting event would definitely push athletes to their limits in the quest for victory.
The 12 insurance brokerage firms would participate in the maiden edition of the sporting activity which include football, tennis, table tennis, chess, sack race etc.
He listed the participating insurance brokerage firms to include SENFORCE, Risk Analyst, Standard Insurance Consultants and Ark Insurance Group.
Others are FBN, FUSL, IBN, NLPC, SBG, Hogg Robinson, YOA and SCIB Insurance Brokers.
At the press briefing in Lagos, Oshiyoye said the company “believes in fostering relationships and work-life balance as the only way to get the best from people”.
He added that the Olympics event is an “extension of the company’s internal values and culture to its business partners in the industry”.
