Serial communication and marketing specialist, Folake Ani-Mumuney has been appointed to chair the insurance brokers’ arm of the group, FBN Insurance Brokers.
However, she is still the head, marketing and communication of the group.
Her appointment was contain in a notification to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), shareholders and the general public.
The group also informed that Seye Kosoko and Seyi Oyefeso have been appointed to the board as non-executive directors.

The President, Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) still serves as head of Marketing & Corporate Communications and General Manager at First Bank of Nigeria Plc.
She had earlier worked at British Airways and Dangote Group as chief marketing and communication Officer.
At British Airways, Ani-Mumuney was responsible for brands policies and communications across the Europe and Africa region, which include 59 countries.
She also managed portfolios as Business Analyst, Strategy & Business Planning Manager, New Business Development Manager and Head Marketing & Communications Manager Africa.
Ani-Mumuney set a new record last year by emerging the first female president of ADVAN.
