The Gulder Red Night Party Series has been a spectacle ride so far and with a stop in Onitsha on the 26th of May, the thrill continued. Staying consistent in its mission to inspire Nigerians to own their journey and have a grand time doing it, Gulder welcomed fans and lovers of the brand in style at Shoprite in Onitsha.
The Red Night Party started with a wild electric energy leaving nobody in doubt as to what the tempo of the event was going to be. The party presented itself as a celebration of the force that drives Nigerians to do great things.
Charged with maintaining the vibe of the party was the energy god himself Do2dtun and he did not disappoint as he kept the attendees in full blown party mode throughout. There was also a full host of games and other entertaining activities to keep fans on their toes and wanting every exciting minute to last even longer.
Eastern favourite, Mr Raw graced the event with his presence. No one would have thought the buzz at the event could be taken any higher but indeed, it was taken up a notch when Mr Raw, one of Nigeria’s most sought after Igbo rappers performed hit tracks like “Strong and Mighty”, “Sunset At Dawn”, “Abia Anthem”, “Forget Swagger” and most recent hit single “Obo Bu Igwe”.
Speaking on the motivation behind the event, Portfolio Manager, Premium Brands NB Plc., Sarah Agha said, “Gulder is very passionate about celebrating Nigerians and their incredible drive to do great exploits. The components of their individual journeys are what make them so unique and we are honoured to be able to provide an atmosphere for real expression and true enjoyment, for the people we believe in.”
The party was in full roar when popular music artiste, Reekado Banks took to the stage gifting fans an exciting performance. With just a few moments into the performance, shoprite was in an energetic frenzy. The exhilaration was obvious on the faces of everyone present despite the heavy downpour. It was truly something to see as fans sang along to their favourites including “Like”, “Easy (Jeje)”, “Kiss me” and his latest hit “Yawa”. The fans in Onitsha were genuinely elated as they sang and danced along.
The celebration was on cruise control with DJ Big N on the wheels of steel as fans were treated to more hit songs, while they showed off their favourite dance moves as the night went on.
The Red Night Party is an initiative of Gulder in line with the brand’s charge to inspire Nigerians to Own Their Journeys and bravely pursue their goals,, creating unique and fascinating stories of triumph along the way.
