The Heineken global Company has promoted marketing expert, Chinwe Greg-Egu to the position of Senior Brand Manager (Heineken and Desperados) – Switzerland.

Her new role will see her lead strategic growth for the global brand and other marketing functions to support the company’s ambitious growth plans. She will also use her business acumen and industry expertise to help navigate Heineken’s changing business landscape.

Before her elevation, Chinwe previously held the position of the senior brand manager for Heineken, Tiger and Starlet respectively, with key responsibilities to build the commercial vision for the brand portfolio, driving volume, revenue growth and drinker penetration, while having regular review of brand performance across volume, financials, and campaigns to shape strategy and provide insight to the marketing director.

As a leader, she has developed optimised routes to the desired target audience by using a strategic marketing media mix and storytelling approach to deliver world class results.
Chinwe is also a digital marketing enthusiast and goal oriented individual with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. In a career spanning over 8 years, she has helped build numerous global notable brands and businesses across geographies. Her varied experience in driving profitable growth and equity of power brands in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) segment has earned her some special recognitions. As a brand builder, Chinwe is passionate about innovative approaches to marketing and consumer led solutions leveraging data insights.

She has worked in several capacities across various sectors which included AF Mercados EMI as an Analyst, Consulting firm Deloitte as a Business Project Participant and Santander Cards UK Limited as a Front-Line Associate.

Chinwe Greg-Egu is an award-winning marketing professional. She has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Honours, Business Studies and Social sciences from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Chinwe proceeded to the London School of Economics and Political Science, LSE, for a Master of Science in Management.
