Prestige Assurance Plc has appointed new board of directors for the company from November.
In a statement issued by the Company’s Secretary, Mrs Chidinma Ibe-Louis, said the appointment which has taken effect, comprised of top echelons in the corporate world as Mrs Funmi Oyetunji, will serve as the new chairman.
It stated that Mr Rajesh Kamble is the managing director/chief executive officer, while Mr Chandra Prasad, as an independent non-executive director,
Others include Dr Nosike Agokei as non-executive director; Mrs Aderonke Adedeji as non-executive director; Mr Vivek Kalla as executive director; and Mrs Rekha Gopalkrishnan is a non-executive director.
With about 40years of corporate experience gathered across several roles, Oyetunji is an accomplished professional in diverse disciplines and industries. She who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy with professional qualifications in FCCA and FCA, and had worked in senior positions in major accountancy practice firms in both Nigeria and the UK before a stint in the banking industry.
She is the Managing Director of Abitos Financial Services Limited, a role she has held since 2002.
