Lagos NIPR, the flagship Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), announces the resumption of its monthly PR Clinic, a high-end training session facilitated by reputable faculty drawn from relevant sectors of the economy for continuous capacity development of its members.

The July edition of the PR Clinic with the theme, Branding and Reputation Management, will feature the Principal Consultant, ADSTRAT BMC, Mr. Charles O’Tudor as Speaker. The free event for Members, slated to hold at Elomaz Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, is aimed at increasing the knowledge-base of Lagos NIPR members to increase their productivity and the quality of their practice in line with global best practices. It will also get members more engaged and connected.

Speaking on the revival of the PR Clinic, Chairman, Lagos NIPR, Olusegun McMedal said, “The Executive Council of the Chapter observed that companies and governments are increasingly recognising the value and importance of public relations practice in Nigeria. This means that more budgets will be progressively allocated for public relations function. The monthly Clinic offer a unique opportunity to sharpen the skills of Members and capacitate them to take advantage of the growing demand for the practice”.

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations is the umbrella body of professional Public Relations practitioners chartered to regulate as well as direct its development and the practice.
