The Nigerian Exchange Limited has unveiled plans to host the 2022 market recap and 2023 outlook for the Nigerian capital market.

The Exchange made this disclosure in a release signed by its Head, Marketing and Media Communication, Clifford Akpolo.

“Market recap and outlook is an annual event designed to review market performance in the preceding year and present expert predictions for the Nigerian capital market and the broader economy, for the New Year,” NGX explained.

It added, “The event will bring together an audience of market practitioners, investors, analysts, government officials, regulators, media and other key stakeholders.

According to the statement, the 2022 market recap and outlook for 2023 would be hosted in January 2023, and themed, “Global markets outlook for 2023 and opportunities in the Nigerian capital market’.

It is expected to provide participants with insights into the global and domestic capital markets and help enhance the Nigerian capital market’s positioning to attract domestic and foreign inflows further to improve the depth of liquidity available in the market.

The Exchange noted that it is dedicated to avail stakeholders in the capital market with valuable insights and information to its stakeholders to enhance financial literacy and inclusion, and stimulate the growth of the Nigerian capital market.
