The immediate past general secretary of the Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN) and managing director/chief executive officer of Twenty First Limited, Femi Ogala has emerged vice president of OAAN at the just concluded election in Abeokuta, 789marketing can confirm.

The election takes place this evening in Abeokuta and a pulsating session and paper presentation by Jude Odia, managing director of Media Perspective.

Ogala pulled a-good-enough number of votes to defeat his only rival, the Nigeria Advertising Services Limited boss and former OAAN’s ex-officio, Ify Onukwuba.

However, Emmanuel Ajufo, the immediate past vice president was elected president albeit unopposed. 789marketing also gathered that other positions apart from VP were returned unopposed.

The only addition to the newly inaugurated executive committee is the inclusion of the immediate past president, Babatunde Adedoyin as an ex-officio.
