Promasidor Nigeria Limited, makers of Cowbell, Onga, Toptea and Loya, has rewarded some of its members of staff who have served the company in the last 10, 15 and 20 years.
In his welcome remarks at the Long Service Awards held at the company’s headquarters in Isolo, Lagos, Olivier Thiry, Managing Director, Promasidor Nigeria Limited, said the occasion was meant to appreciate the commitment and contributions of the affected members of staff over the period of time they have worked with the company.
Thiry said it is commendable for one to work with an organization for a minimum of 10 years. His words: “The high quality of your service is part of the factors that Promasidor rides on from inception to its current level. I promise you all, Promasidor will continue to explore every available avenue to make your continued service more enjoyable and rewarding.”
He stated that the reward to the affected employees was just a token from the management to the dedicated and committed employees who strive to place the company ahead of competitors in the market.
His words: “This is just a gesture to reciprocate your support for the organisation over the years. Without your invaluable commitment, there would not be Promasidor. The management considers today as a memorable day in the life of all the affected employees and in our corporate life”.
Felicia Adagba, one of the awardees, who has served the company for 20 years, disclosed that when she joined Promasidor she never envisaged that it would take her so long to work with the company.
