With the appointments, nine new companies will join the Board including Allstate, Group Black, H&R Block, Journey, Mars Pet Care, McKinsey & Company, Nextdoor, Salesforce, Whalar.
And two of the newly appointed directors–Jill Cress of H&R Block and Tariq Hassan of McDonald’s USA—are returning to the board.
The Board is chaired by Jacki Kelley, CEO, Americas, dentsu. Tara Walpert Levy, VP, Americas, Youtube and Diego Scotti, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Verizon serve as Vice Chairs.
