We are excited for this collaboration and keenly looking forward to all we can do together to empower our future talents.”

Chess in Slums Africa (CISA) is committed to uplifting children from underserved communities through innovative educational programs. CISA firmly believes in the transformative potential of chess as a key learning tool that can unlock the boundless potential of youth living in urban slums.

Tunde Onakoya, the founder of Chess in Slums Africa (CISA) said, “Today is a good day as any to celebrate kids around the world and for us at CISA, it’s a more special day to celebrate with these kids and have them show their budding skills in chess. Some of the kids are exceptionally gifted but can’t go on to do great things due to their circumstances. However, we are changing that narrative and with the support and collaboration from brands like BAMA, we are working towards a better future for each of these kids. This partnership has been incredibly valuable, and we look forward to continuing our work together in the years to come.”
