In a strategic move to reflect its Pan-African status and impact businesses across the continent, a leading Nigeria’s creative agency, X3M Ideas, has entered into partnership with the government of the Republic of Zambia to empower SMEs in the country through X-Pitchaton.

Speaking during a meeting on the partnership with the management of X3M Ideas, the Honourable Minister of Small and Medium Enterprise Development, Zambia, Hon. Elias Mubanga described the partnership as being in line with the agenda of the Zambian government to boost the economy through by lifting SMEs

On the choice of the partnering firm, the Hon minister said X3M Ideas profile as a vibrant African creative company was deliberately settled for because of its innovative ingenuity which is needed by the youths and the SMEs to be profitable in today’s market.

“As a pivotal of any economy, the government of Zambia is committed to empower the SMEs as a vehicle for economic growth. The choice of X3M Ideas is deliberate considering it’s creative exploit and innovative ingenuity. In today’s market, there is no gainsaying the fact that innovation rules the world,”

Reacting to the partnership, the Chief Executive Officer of the X3M Ideas, Mr. Steve Babaeko said he was thrilled by the partnership because of its relevance to the empowerment of African businesses.

He collaborated the position of the Minister that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the lifeblood of any economy, adding that it’s the pride of his agency to support the SME sector in Zambia, firmly believing that it will play a pivotal role in driving long-term economic growth on a macro scale.

For the Pitchaton, Babaeko said the agency would be giving over 1 million Kwacha in prizes and Marketing communication support to the winners.

We are resolutely dedicated to nurturing human capital. He disclosed further that that kind of cultural and talent exchange is pivotal in helping Africa fulfill its potential as the great continent that God created it to be.

Babaeko went down the memory lane on how the vision that birthed X3M Ideas took root 11 years ago and how through relentless dedication and collaborative of his team, that small dream blossomed into a multinational marketing communication company, with a presence in six African and Middle Eastern countries and currently boasting a team of over 300 talented individuals.
