This month’s movies on Africa Magic Epic begins with My Wife My Angel, Sister In Between, Chasing Clout, Strange Sisters, Honeyman, The Housemaids, Emenike, Against My Mother, Why Women Kill, Heart Of Stone, Bachelor Life, Madam Of The House, Roya Desire, The Blind Queen, The Anointed, Radical Prince, Before The Will, Omugwo (Nee Dennis), Crazy Neighbour, and Selfish Ambition premiered between March 1 and March 10, 2024, from 3:50 pm to 7 pm. The other curated selections promise to elevate the art of storytelling to new heights. Expect to see Two-Night Stand, Beyond Forgiveness, Classic Hookup, My Past, Weeping On The Throne, Mr and Mrs Cat and Rat, Good Fellas, Plague of Royalty, and many more on AM Epic from March 12 to March 31, 2024.
AM Yoruba (DStv Ch. 157, GOtv Ch. 2):
Africa Magic Yoruba will also be buzzing with new content coming to the platform every single day of the month. Viewers will enjoy a wide variety of films from paranormal to rom-coms and rib-cracking comedies. Viewers will enjoy films like Kiisi, Ekun Mefa, Itunu, Akeregbe, Haunted Pleasure, Ebun Pataki, My Home, Awon Obinrin Asiko, Olulaja, Shekesheke, My Pregnancy, Olomo Kan, Mewa N Sele, Ominitan, Sokoto, Eso Ojo Ale, T’oko T’aya, Oko Iyawo, Settlement, My Turn and Darijimi from Friday, March 1 to Saturday March 9, and many more to air up until Sunday, March 31, 2024.
AM Igbo (DStv Ch. 159, DStv Ch. 4):
Africa Magic Igbo also has an abundance of new films and series coming through to the platform with at least one film premiering every day. Viewers would love Anurika, Ogu Love, Good Night, My Abuja Housewife, Enyi Ojoo, Onye Ma Echi, The Omime, Ndi Ajo Obi and Mmanwu Ikpeazu (the Last Masquerade), Anna My Love, Nwanyi Nma, Nne Ochie, Ijeoma, and Ego Mbute.
There are also three great series – Okwa Nka Season 2, Ebighi Ebi and Jijoke all premiering this month on the platform. Ebighi Ebi premiered on Saturday, 2nd March at 8 pm and airs every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) at 8 pm. Jijoke premieres on Thursday, March 7, at 7:30 pm and airs weekly on Thursdays and Fridays at the same time. Meanwhile, Okwa Nka Season 2 launches on Monday, March 18, and airs new episodes weekly at 6 pm with repeats every Tuesday at 7 pm.
AM Hausa (DStv Ch. 156, GOtv Ch. 3):
Trust Africa Magic to have some blockbusters for Hausa movie lovers. There will be over thirty films on the channel as well as four new series premiering. Check out Kawaichin So, Madubin Gobe, Nawwal, Tafiyar Sa’a, and many others. Mai Shayi, Sautin Zamani, Akasi, and Shago: Damben Arewa Season 2 all launch from March 4 to 14. Sautin Zamani launched at 2 pm on March 4 and airs at the same time every Monday to Wednesday. Akasi premieres next on March 7 at 8 pm and airs on Thursdays, Mai Shayi launches the next day at 8 pm and airs on weekdays at the same time, and Shago: Damben Arewa Season 2 goes live last. It will air every Thursday and Friday at 7 pm.
AM Showcase (DStv Ch. 151) and AM Urban (DStv Ch 153, GOtv Ch. 8):
Trust Africa Magic Showcase and Urban to have all the Africa Magic Originals in the bunch, as well as some of the most exciting films from the MultiChoice Talent Factory like Grown and Her Dark Past.
