Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria has urge new inductees to embrace continuous learning to enable them to be successful in the demanding global business landscape.

The President and Chairman of CIPM’s Governing Council, Mr Olusegun Mojeed, stated this during the 51st induction ceremony of the institute in Lagos.

He advised them to stay resolute, resilient, and persistent, despite the formidable challenges they may encounter in their human resources careers.

Mojeed said, “I would like to appeal to you, as someone who has gone through this path, not to give up. I have failed before. Then, I learned to fail forward. Please arise, dust up yourself, and give it another try.

“The CIPM is thoroughly professional; we have a process and were all thoroughly grilled by a committee of the governing council. It is to your advantage if you do not give up. We are here for you, and we will help you to excel.”

He encouraged them to engage with fellow members, share insights, and collaborate on initiatives that would shape the future of HR, especially in the public sector.
