Multimedia powerhouse, Paramount Africa continues its unwavering support for African creatives by announcing Oluchi Harrison as the newest addition to MTV Base’s Culture Squad. Oluchi Harrison, a broadcaster with an extensive background in the media, boasts of a diverse skill set as a News Anchor, TV & Radio Presenter, Producer, Voiceover Artist, YouTuber, Content Creator, and Brand Influencer.

She famously served as an Entertainment Anchor for News Central TV and the TV Presenter on the “Scoop” style segment for ONTV. In addition to bringing a wealth of experience to the MTV Base Culture Squad, Oluchi is passionate about amplifying African culture, which she showcases through her unique fashion style. She even refers to her social media followers in Igbo language as “Ndi be’m”, meaning “my people” in English, which fosters community and connection among her audience.

Oluchi joins the ranks of the network’s Culture Squad champions, including Ilooise ‘Ilo’ Omohinmin, Ehiz Okoeguale, Folu Storms, Nenny B, Sammy Walsh and other prominent figures in African entertainment who have appeared as hosts on the channel.
