Havas has acquired UK-based B2B marketing agency Ledger Bennett, which has offices in Chicago and San Francisco and also operates in Europe, the Middle East & Africa and the Asia Pacific region.
In 2022, Havas Media Network UK launched a dedicated B2B division, Havas Business, as it formally planted a flag in the B2B sector. Now Havas Business will merge under Ledger Bennett, forming a 100+-person strong B2B specialist group within Havas Media Network.
The merged entity will be branded “Ledger Bennett, a Havas Company.”
Havas Business clients include 3M, JDE Professional and Maersk. Ledger Bennett works with GE Digital and LinkedIn.
The agency was founded by Nicholas Ledger in 1985. Two years ago Andrea Glenn assumed the role of CEO.
Ledger Bennett’s London-based staff will move to Havas Village London next month. CEO Smith will continue to head the agency, reporting to Patrick Affleck, CEO Havas Media Network UK & Ireland.
Havas has other UK-based B2B specialists, including H/Advisors Maitland and Gate One.
