The Federal Government’s regulator of the broadcasting industry, the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), has suspended the licence of Daar Communications PLC, operators of AIT, Raypower and Faaji FM, reports from Abuja said.
NBC Director General, Mallam Modibbo Kawu, disclosed this while briefing journalists in Abuja on Thursday evening.
He alleged that Daar Communications brands have turned themselves into a bad example of what a broadcast station should be.
